OSHC Foundation
The OSHC Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit corporation registered in the
State of Wisconsin, USA. The OSHC Foundation, Inc. has been granted United
States Internal Revenue Service recognition effective July 22, 2003 as
a publicly funded, tax exempt organization under section 501 (c) (3) of the
Federal tax regulations. Anyone requiring a copy of the IRS approval
letter should contact Jack Hagen at hagenjg@sbcglobal.net.
Donors to the OSHC Foundation, Inc. will receive a letter from the
Foundation thanking them for their contribution and specifying the nature and
amount of their contribution. This letter will provide documentation for tax
purposes.
This Foundation is
the successor to the OSHC SA Benefactor Program and it is the primary organization which
manages and coordinates the programs for needy South African school
children.

Students diligently working at the
computer center near Kimberly that was established through the joint efforts of
the OSHC and the Aventura Resort Christiana.

The OSHC Foundation, Inc. program has four levels of membership. Levels
are based upon the amount of cash donations or the estimated value to the
Foundation of a donated goods or services. Donations are cumulative; i.e. two
donations of $250 each cumulate to $500 and the donor is awarded gold level. The four membership levels are:

FOUNDATION MEMBERSHIP LEVEL AWARDS
Bronze Level Awards are a patch for members
of the OSHC SA or a certificate for non-members of the OSHC SA.
Silver Level Awards are a patch for members of the OSHC SA or a certificate for non-members of
the OSHC SA.
Gold Level Awards are a patch and a shirt for members of the OSHC SA or a certificate for non-members
of the OSHC SA.
Diamond Level Awards are a special patch
and a safari jacket for members of the OSHC SA or a special certificate for
non-members of the OSHC SA.
 | Money which is received by the Foundation will be used to support
the Foundation's programs to help poor school children in South Africa. |
 | A $100 donation will purchase about 750 pounds of cornmeal
flour. |
 | You do not have to be a member of the OSHC SA in order to become a
member of the OSHC Foundation. Any individual, company or organization can become a
member of the OSHC Foundation. |
 | Any person or group that is interested in participating in the OSHC
Foundation program should contact the foundation's president, Hector
Kitscha directly. |
